Artist Statement
"Carol-1965" This is a pencil drawing of my grandma, Carol Swain from a photo of her in 1965. It is one of the few photos of her in her younger years that she is not seriousin and it shows off her smile. I have always loved this photo so it was amazing to get to draw it.
