The winter of 2021-2022 included a hurricane, Nor’easter, a blizzard and a tornado, resulting in power outages for many in our community. Chip Reilly, Emergency Preparedness Specialist for Barnstable County, will share best practices for preparing for storms and floods this upcoming year. In his workshop, you will learn:

– Emergency Preparedness for Individuals with Disabilities and Access and Functional Needs
– Safety tips for sheltering in place
– How to support your family and neighbors before, during, and after a storm
